Heyou Global is the international brand operated by 菏泽市曹县合友贸易有限公司. The official English legal name is To be confirmed. By using the website, creating an account, sending an Inquiry, requesting a Quote, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms.

The website supports both B2B and B2C product discovery and inquiry workflows. Website content helps customers evaluate Products and contact Heyou Global; it is not automatically a binding offer, accepted Order, Sales Contract, compatibility confirmation, or inventory confirmation.

• An Inquiry or Quote Request is a request for information and does not create an accepted Order.
• Price, stock, minimum quantities, specifications, compatibility, packaging, lead time, shipping, tax, and trade terms remain subject to written confirmation.
• A Quote becomes binding only where its wording or a separate written agreement clearly establishes acceptance and the applicable conditions are completed.
• An authorized written confirmation prevails over informal statements, automated content, or an AI-generated response.

Heyou Global supports wholesale and retail inquiries. Available only to qualified businesses after separate written review and approval. Limited OEM support is available only for eligible Products and requires separate written confirmation. ODM is not currently offered. Samples are not currently offered. Most products do not support customization unless expressly confirmed in writing.

We use reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. Customers must review confirmed specifications and verify fitment, part numbers, dimensions, materials, installation requirements, and intended use before ordering. Website or AI content is not an Official Confirmation of compatibility.

Products currently ship from China. Carrier, shipping method, processing time, lead time, transit time, freight cost, and delivery capability must be displayed as To be confirmed until confirmed in writing for the transaction. Destination-country duties, taxes, permits, certifications, and import requirements are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return eligibility, authorization, return shipping responsibility, inspection, and approved remedies are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Product-specific coverage and exclusions are governed by the Warranty Policy and any applicable written agreement.

• Provide accurate information and protect account credentials.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive content.
• Do not attack, disrupt, scrape protected content, bypass controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the website or Products in violation of export, sanctions, customs, safety, or other applicable requirements.

AI responses are informational only. Official quotations, written confirmations, contracts, invoices, warranty decisions, and support decisions prevail.

The AI Assistant cannot approve a price, stock level, product compatibility, refund, return, warranty claim, delivery commitment, or binding commercial term.

Website content, branding, images, product materials, and software belong to Heyou Global or the relevant rights holder. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for legitimate evaluation and communication. Customer-provided logos, artwork, specifications, and files must be lawful and authorized.

The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, third-party services, or reliance on information that has not received Official Confirmation. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.

The governing law, courts or arbitration forum, notice process, and controlling contract language are To be confirmed following qualified legal review. A transaction-specific written agreement may establish these terms.

We may update these Terms when business processes, website features, or legal requirements change. The version published when a specific transaction is agreed does not override transaction-specific written terms.
