1. Shipping origin and warehouses

The current default shipping origin is China. Planned only; not currently available. A different origin must be confirmed in writing for the applicable transaction.

2. Carrier and shipping method

The carrier, shipping method, processing time, lead time, transit estimate, freight cost, and delivery capability are confirmed in the applicable Quote, Order Confirmation, or other authorized written communication. No carrier, route, service level, or method is guaranteed until it appears in an authorized Quote, Order Confirmation, or written shipping instruction.

3. Processing, lead, and transit time

The carrier, shipping method, processing time, lead time, transit estimate, freight cost, and delivery capability are confirmed in the applicable Quote, Order Confirmation, or other authorized written communication. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery commitment. Customs, inspections, weather, carrier operations, and other events outside reasonable control may cause delay.

4. Freight cost and trade terms

The carrier, shipping method, processing time, lead time, transit estimate, freight cost, and delivery capability are confirmed in the applicable Quote, Order Confirmation, or other authorized written communication. Any applicable insurance, Incoterms rule, delivery point, risk transfer, and included service must appear in the Quote or other authorized written agreement. Website content does not establish a universal shipping price or trade term.

5. Duties, taxes, and import requirements

Destination-country duties, taxes, permits, certifications, and import requirements are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should verify destination-country restrictions and provide accurate importer, tax, permit, certification, and address information before shipment.

6. Address, access, and failed delivery

The customer is responsible for complete delivery information and reasonable cooperation with customs and the carrier. Costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failure to complete required import clearance, or unavailable receipt may remain the customer's responsibility where lawful and consistent with the written terms.

7. Tracking, loss, and damage

Tracking availability depends on the confirmed service. Report visible shipping damage, shortage, or suspected loss promptly, retain the packaging, and provide photographs, labels, tracking details, and other reasonable evidence. Responsibility and remedy require review and Official Confirmation.
