• _medusa_jwt: keeps an authenticated account session; up to 7 days; HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and Secure in production.
• _medusa_pending_customer: temporarily keeps registration details during the verification and account-creation flow; up to 24 hours; HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and Secure in production.
• _medusa_cart_id: identifies the active cart; up to 7 days; HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and Secure in production.
• _medusa_cache_id: supports caching and region handling; up to 24 hours.

The chat interface stores up to 50 recent messages, the selected chat mode, and a random chat-session token in browser local storage. These items remain until the visitor clears site data or the application replaces them.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics tools on the production website. No optional analytics, advertising, or personalization vendor is identified as active by this policy. This policy and any required consent control will be updated before such technology is enabled.

You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies. Where applicable law requires consent for optional technologies, the website will provide an appropriate choice before those technologies are used. Essential technologies may remain necessary for a service you request.

We will update this policy when the production cookie configuration, providers, or legal requirements change.
