Warranty Policy

Industrial Mold Ejector Pins are consumable industrial components. Consumable industrial components; no warranty for normal wear or consumption. Pre-use manufacturing defects may be reviewed. Normal wear, consumption, service-life variation, incorrect selection, misuse, and conditions outside a verified pre-use manufacturing defect are not covered.

12-month limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects; excludes misuse, improper installation, contamination, incompatible refrigerant/oil, electrical faults, accidents, unauthorized repair, and normal wear.

The 12-month limited warranty begins from the transaction-specific date confirmed in the applicable written terms. A claim may require reasonable evidence appropriate to the Product and vehicle, such as proof of purchase, installer information, installation and flushing records, refrigerant and oil details, electrical or diagnostic results, photographs, video, packaging, and return inspection where requested.

No general commercial warranty unless a product page, quotation, or written agreement states otherwise; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

• Contact Customer Support with proof of purchase, Product and order details, and a clear description of the issue.
• Provide photographs, video, part numbers, installation records, diagnostic results, packaging, or other reasonable evidence when requested.
• Do not dismantle, modify, repair, discard, or return the Product unless written instructions authorize that step.
• Allow reasonable inspection or technical review before a warranty decision is made.

A claim submission or AI response is not a warranty approval. After review, an authorized representative may confirm a repair, replacement, refund, credit, rejection, or another lawful remedy. Availability and the appropriate remedy depend on the verified facts and applicable law.

If a verified manufacturing defect requires a return, Heyou Global will arrange or reimburse reasonable, pre-approved return shipping in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy. Unauthorized or collect-on-delivery returns may be refused.
